Doctor Ken Gladney is a servant. He has served as a leader for men's ministry, church administration, and as a Youth Pastor. Doctor Ken's heart is to reveal the inheritance that God has laid up for His people.  His extensive training in leadership, facilitation, and people management provides him with tools that assist in encouraging people to fulfill their purpose. 

He has been married for 34 years, and as a couple, Doctors Ken and Tena have survived many situations that impact marriages. He and his wife are Certified Facilitators of the Dynamic Marriage curriculum, and they take a holistic approach toward families, men, women, and children. Their focus is to eradicate the enemy's desire to steal, kill, and destroy. 

Through reNEWal Church Pastor Ken hosts the Men's HUDDLE:

Helping Unite Develop Disciple Leading Examples as a time for men to get into the cave and prepare for the battle. 

Worshipper, Wife, Mother, Psalmist, Transformational Coach & Community Leader.

Doctor Tena is a woman who knows that to serve the Lord means to please the Lord, therefore, she doesn't sit to be waited on; her dedication to God has enabled her to teach God's Word with authority, revelation, and deliverance. She is passionate about sharing God's love with everyone and is willing to put in the work to ensure she pleases the Father.

Doctor Tena's heart's desire is that women and young ladies understand their freedom in Christ, and God's desire for healing from any and all hurts. That passion translates to her wanting to see them live to their fullest potential. She is a mentor who focuses on spiritual growth, moral standards, strategic warfare, transformational thinking, and emotional healing.
